HALEO BAR V2.0 このプロテインバーの完成までの道のりは険しかった。 . 約1年前、300万円分のHALEOバーを廃棄しなければならなかった。1円たりとも無駄にできないコストだけでなく、1年以上も試行錯誤した職人チームのすべての努力も無駄になり、私の心は痛んだ。😓 . 初回バッチは、食すには差し支えない（市販の他のバーより良かった）と思ったスタッフは多かったが、私には納得できなかった。 . 今ようやくココアアーモンド味のHALEOバーの発売にこぎつけた。それでもまだ寒い時期に販売開始するのは心配だ。 . このバーのチャレンジの一つは「保存料無添加」であり、ココナッツオイルやアーモンドペースト、その他デリケートな成分が、気温の変化によって異なる反応をすることだ。 . お待たせしました！🙇‍♂️ 「HALEOバー ココアアーモンド」は12月5日新発売です！👊 . This protein bar in my hand may be the most difficult product we have ever made. . Almost a year ago, we had to throw away about $30k worth of HALEO BARS. It was heart breaking not just because of the money we cannot afford to lose but all of the efforts from my team, which amounted to almost one year of trial and error.🙇‍♂️ . Although many people thought the first batch were fine to eat (better than other bars on the market), I knew they weren't as good as they should be. . Finally we are able to relaunch Cocoa Almond flavor HALEO BAR. I'm still nervous to release it during the cold months. One of the challenges with this bar is that we use no preservatives and its packed with delicate ingredients like coconut oil, almond paste and others that react differently in cold and warm temperatures. . クソッ! – 長期間(1年半以上)大変な労力をかけ完成寸前のところまできましたが、皆さんとお約束した商品をお届けできないことに、今、私は胸が張り裂ける思いでいます。 – 数日前、私は工場でプロテインバーの最終生産作業に立ち会い、その全てが順調にいっているかのように見えました。 – しかし、商品包装から倉庫への輸送のどこかの時点で、このプロテインバーは私達が満足できない状態になってしまいました。 – まだ誰も成し得たことのないものを創り上げる時、苦悩はつきものです。商品の販売に備え、期待を超えるレベルに達するまで継続的に成分を改善し続けなければなりません。想定外の事態が重なり、後退しなければならなくなる時もあります。 – 人生と同じように、ビジネスも全ての闘いに勝てるわけではなく、大きな努力でさえ報われないこともあります。 – しかしながら、私達は簡単に終わらすことはしません。たとえ再びゼロから出発することになろうとも、立ち上がり、成功させます。 – 大きな期待を寄せて下さっていた多くのお客様に、心よりお詫び申し上げます。 – After many long hours (at least 1.5 years in the making), so much effort and coming so close to completion, not being able to deliver on a promise is heartbreaking. – Several days ago I was at the factory overseeing the final production run and everything seemed fine. – Somewhere between that time, packaging and delivery to our warehouse, the bars became a condition that is not satisfactory. – This is always a struggle when creating something that has not yet been done. We have to put the product out and constantly improve on the formula until we reach a level that exceeds our expectations. There are many factors that we are unable to see or calculate that make us take a step back. – In business just like in life, we cannot win each battle and even with the greatest efforts we sometimes fall short. – However, we are here for the long term, so if we need to start from zero again, we will and we WILL get it right. – I apologize to all of our customers who have been waiting with high expectations. #HALEO #madeinjapan🇯🇵
